International Visitors Traveling to the ISPA EXPO 2010
ISPA is dedicated to making your visit to ISPA EXPO as convenient as possible. As you begin making your plans, we encourage you to take a moment and review the procedures for obtaining a visa.
Visa Information - Start making your arrangements early!
The U.S. State Department advises anyone applying for a temporary visa to enter the U.S. should plan on the process taking significantly longer than it has in the past. For more information about obtaining visas visit www.unitedstatesvisas.gov The visa application form in now available online at http://evisaforms.state.gov/
To assist in making VISA approval easier, we have contacted the consulates/embassies of many of our attendees’ key countries of origin to make the officers aware of our event and it’s long history.
U.S. Consular Services suggests that you begin the application process at least 120 days prior to your planned departure date. For additional information on the wait time to obtain an interview, visit http://usembassy.state.gov/
Letter of Invitation
During your visa interview, you will likely need to present your visa letter of invitation. The visa letter of invitation can also assist as a supporting document. You can request a visa letter of invitation from ISPA by email. Please make a request for an ISPA EXPO 2010 invitation letter to Chiquita Kearney. Please provide your name, title, company, address, phone, fax, email, as well as your passport number and date of birth. Letters will be available beginning in April 1, 2009.
