The Welcome Reception kicked off the ISPA EXPO 2008 in style.  All enjoyed ballpark food, baseball games, and lively entertainment while  network with customers and colleagues at the opening reception.  Evening parties gave both exhibitors and attendees a chance to mingle. The premier of the industry band, the Insomniaczzz, rocked the audience with classic rock favorites and their infectious enthusiasm.

The Wit and Wisdom of Dave Barry
Friday, March 14, 7:30AM – 10:00AM

Bedding industry award winners were honored for their service to the industry. Tom McLean of Kingsdown received the Russell L. Abolt Exceptional Service Award and David Orders, Park Place Corporation was awarded the Robert MacMoran Memorial Award.
Pulitzer-prize winning humor columnist Dave Barry then helped the audience start  the day off laughing with friends and colleagues.
