Association Leadership

ISPA is governed by a Board of Trustees consisting of the President and a minimum of 19 members, at least four of whom are supplier members, elected by the membership. Term for all Board members is two years.

Five officers are elected by the Board including: Chair, Vice Chair, President/Secretary, Treasurer and Vice President as deemed appropriate.

The Executive Committee consists of nine members including the Chair of the Board, Vice Chair, President, Suppliers Council General Chair and at-large Manufacturer and Supplier members.

The Suppliers Council consists of a Board of Directors and six product committees.
