Finance Committee

Charge:  Conduct detailed review and analysis of staff-prepared preliminary revenue and expense operating budget.  The committee shall revise budget line items as considered appropriate and submit the preliminary budget as revised to the full Executive Committee for approval and submission to the full Board of Trustees at the fall Leadership Conference.  The committee will review the reserves of the association to determine that they are in compliance with the association’s investment policies and guidelines.
