In this area, you will find Exhibitor Promotional Opportunities and all necessary forms and resources that you need to help you plan for your exhibit at ISPA EXPO.

In an effort to be more "green", the ISPA EXPO Exhibitor Service Kit is now completely online.  All forms are available in pdf format, so you may download and print as you deem necessary.  Many services, including furnishings, carpet, freight, utilities, lead retrieval, registration and housing can all be ordered online without ever printing a form.

Exhibitor Registration

Register your exhibitor personnel using your complimentary allotment of badges. All exhibitor badges allow access to the exhibit hall during set-up, teardown, and show hours, as well as to the Welcome Reception on Wednesday, March 3rd.  You may also order tickets to the Industry Breakfast, seminars and roundtables.  Register by February 17 and save.  If you do not wish to register online, you may print the Exhibitor Registration form and fax to 703-683-4503.

Exhibitor Housing

Though the reservation deadline has passed for booking at ISPA EXPO hotels exclusive contracted rates, we are still able to assist you with your reservation requests.

  Make your reservations online, via email or phone to book your room(s) at the current market rate.

Promotional Opportunities

Promote your participation in ISPA EXPO 2010, build traffic at your exhibit and maintain your profile after the EXPO. ISPA offers you a range of opportunities to help. Many of these opportunities are automatically afforded to you by your participation as an exhibitor; others are designed to be tailored to fit your individual marketing needs.
