ISPA is dedicated to making your visit to ISPA EXPO as convenient as possible. As you begin making your plans, we encourage you to take a moment and review the procedures for obtaining a visa.
To assist in making VISA approval easier, we have contacted the consulates/embassies of many of our attendees’ key countries of origin to make the officers aware of our event and it’s long history.
U.S. Consular Services suggests that you begin the application process at least 120 days prior to your planned departure date. For additional information on the wait time to obtain an interview, visit http://usembassy.state.gov/
Letter of Invitation
During your visa interview, you will likely need to present your visa letter of invitation. The visa letter of invitation can also assist as a supporting document. You can request a visa letter of invitation from ISPA by email. Please make a request for an ISPA EXPO 2016 invitation letter to Dana Jackson. Please provide your name, title, company, address, phone, fax, email, as well as your passport number and date of birth.
Although ISPA EXPO does not offer onsite translation services at the event, you may choose to hire your own private translator by contacting the following service directly. We encourage you to contact this service in advance to inquire about pricing and make your arrangements.
