BSC Featured on Oprah.com!
Recently, a reporter with Oprah.com asked the BSC for tips on how to get a better night’s sleep and things consumers should consider when replacing their old mattress. Her article credited the BSC in discussing a number of our consumer messages. In addition, the cover story in last week’s Parade magazine article under a Dr. Oz byline titled “How to Sleep Better in 2012” incorporated many BSC messages. (Dr. Oz is also part of the “Oprah family”.) For example, Dr. Oz urged consumers to evaluate their mattress for replacement every 5-7 years!
Getting placement in a top-tier media venues like Oprah.com and Parade magazine helps promote the Better Sleep Council’s goal of making mattresses top of mind for consumers and emphasizing the importance of replacing your bed with a quality mattress every 7 years. Be sure to read the “14 Reasons You Still Can’t Sleep” on oprah.com.
